Look Of The Week : Angelina, Katy, Wilde, Beau, Eva, Carey, Ricci, Saoirse, Emma, Anne, Zaldana, Wright

She hasn’t been spotted on a red carpet since “Salt’s” debut last summer, but Angelina Jolie made a triumphant return to the arrivals line Monday night at the world premiere of “The Tourist.” The box office beauty oozed glamour in her Atelier Versace gown — which featured a sexy, thigh-high slit — Ferragamo heels, simple earrings, and a dramatic ‘do.

Katy Perry appeared at another star-studded premiere that same night. The pop songstress strutted her stuff in an ethereal Elie Saab gown during the Los Angeles debut of “The Tempest,” which features her new hubby, Russell Brand.

Across the pond at the London premiere of “Tron: Legacy,” Olivia Wilde turned heads in a multi-colored Giorgio Armani dress, black Stella McCartney pumps, and jewels courtesy of Tiffany.

Olivia Wilde was also glowing at the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie Tron: Legacy. The actress channeled her inner disco diva by donning a gold sequined Pucci gown, which featured a keyhole neckline.

Right behind Olivia in the arrivals line … fellow “TRON: Legacy” looker Beau Garrett, who nearly upstaged her co-star in a burnt orange Giambattista Valli gown and nude platform peep-toes.

Meanwhile in Marrakech, Morocco (at the country’s international film festival), actress Eva Mendes attended the Tribute to the French Cinema in a golden Christian Dior gown. Freshly highlighted locks and an amber cocktail ring completed her flawless look.

Eva dialed down her sexy look for a very pretty look at the official photocall for the 2010 Marrakech Film Festival. She wore an Oscar de la Renta Spring 2011 dress. The white silk voile and lace embroidered dress was accented with a black ribbon. Nude pumps completed her 3rd look of this film festival.

Carey Mulligan has gone from strength to strength in the style department and her latest gown-outing at the BIFAs in London proved her winning credentials! Working a stunning red Prabal Gurung gown with ruffled corsage bodice, Ms Mulligan picked up the Best Actress Award for her role in Never Let Me Go. Carey, we salute you!

Carey Mulligan was spectacular in a floor-length Erdem gown and a bouffant beehive at the King’s Speech gala in Dubai. We love the fact that she’s eschewed all jewellery save a cocktail ring and kept make-up to a minimum to let the dress really do the talking.

Around the corner at the 2010 New York Stage and Film Winter Gala, Christina Ricci dropped jaws in an ombre-and-lace Zac Posen halter dress. The perfect hairdo, smoky eyes, and Yves St. Laurent patent leather pumps completed her flawless look.

Gorgeous Irish actress Saoirse Ronan paired an ethereal nude dress with chunky black heels at the Paris premiere of her new film, The Way Back. The stunning 16-year-old paired the edgy look with a very interesting hairstyle.

Emma Roberts — who you’ll soon see on the big screen in “Scream 4” — attended the 2010 British Independent Film Awards in a surprisingly affordable maxi dress, which retails for $160 at Topshop. What a steal!

Anne Hathaway sparkled in an embellished mini and patent leather sky-high heels at a “Love & Other Drugs” press conference in Sydney, Australia.

Is midnight blue the new black? Avatar star Zoe Saldana attended the Children’s Defense Fund gala in LA working a divine deep blue layered minidress with sheer shoulder detailing. She gave her look plenty of leg with some stacked patent platform pumps. Perfect!

Harry Potter starlet Bonnie Wright was fashion-forward at a cocktail party celebrating the launch of the new Miu Miu flagship store on London’s Bond Street in a black dress with leafy detailing from the fashion house’s spring/summer collection and a pair of teal platform pumps. Quirky, cool and oh-so-pretty.

The actress, who was attending The Tourist premiere in New York, chose a pair of white classic pumps by Salvatore Ferragamo to finished off the look. Brooke Shields wore a white blouse and belted it out with black high-waisted pants. She completed her look with turquoise earrings and a gold clutch.

Tinsley Mortimer sparkled in a simple sequined mini with long sleek blonde do.

While Angelina Jolie oozed glamour at the NYC premiere of her new spy flick, “The Tourist,” Ashanti oozed a lack of style. Fur over leather with Lycra pants and python peep-toe booties? Really?

Angie Everhart looked casual and cook in a pair of black patent peep-toes. She paired the heels with a monochromatic outfit, and her signature red mane.

Angelina Jolie : ‘Silhouette’ Of Vogue December !

Angelina Jolie has been busy in Budapest working on her directorial debut, but she’s on the cover of December’s Vogue chatting about The Tourist ahead of its holiday release. She and costar Johnny Depp are also featured in the new Entertainment Weekly, in which they discuss meeting for the first time. Angelina spoke to the Vogue’s Vicki Woods about her sometimes surprising love for Brad, Pax’s skills as a chef, and Shiloh’s unique pet request. She also posed for a shoot with Mario Testino — see photos of the star in the magazine throughout the years. She said:

On wearing black: “As Brad’ll tell you—and my kids—apparently Mommy only wears black. . . I like to get up so every pair of pants goes with every top, every dress goes with every shoe. I’ve a very tiny closet. Brad’s always laughing at me. Some days, yes, I have the nightgown that looks like a dress that I can sleep in and pick the kids up at school. And maybe take a meeting if I switch into heels.”

On Brad’s looks: “Well, he’s a handsome man. . . No, I think he’s an extremely sexy—extremely handsome and the most sexy. . . . When I think about him, I just think of the man who’s such a great friend and such an extraordinary father. And that’s when I fall, you know, when I have my moments of getting—whoarr!—caught up in how much I love him . . . it’s usually when I see him with the children.” More …

Look Of The Week : Aniston, Jolie, Maggie, Audrina

Jennifer Aniston is known for showing off her gorgeous gams on the red carpet, and she certainly kept the tradition alive at the LA premiere of “The Switch” in a sweet Lanvin Spring 2010 strapless frock. Fred Leighton jewels, a Ferragamo clutch, and Josie and Lottie strappy sandals completed the former “Friends” star’s stunning look.

Across the pond, Angelina Jolie brought her A-game to the London premiere of “Salt” in an uncharacteristically soft-looking Amanda Wakeley Fall 2010 dress, nude Ferragamo peep-toe pumps, and freshened bangs.
Back in Beverly Hills, Kim Kardashian indulged in a bit of retail therapy while wearing a super-cute, $545 Diane von Furstenberg frock, which she paired with a black patent leather belt, a Balenciaga handbag, and $970 Christian Louboutin suede boots.

The little black dress may be a failsafe option, but Maggie Gyllenhaal’s version by Lanvin looked anything but boring at the New York premiere of Nanny McPhee Returns. The simple shift with asymmetric neckline was punched up with a pair of towering nude platforms (ever the leg-lengtheners) and a slick of red lippy. Delish!

“Hills” alum Audrina Patridge, who opted to rock this $370 asymmetrical David Meister snakeskin print dress and fierce footwear to a recent charity function at LA’s SoHo House.
