2nd Annual “Change Begins Within” Benefit

Katy Perry has been dressing to impress as of late, and she certainly didn’t disappoint at the 2nd Annual Change Begins Within Benefit in a fabulous, one-shoulder Issa frock and wavy locks.

Rose McGowan whipped out a little black corset dress for the benefit. Rose opted for a monochromatic look in black flirty heels. She paired the ankle strap heels with sheer tights and an adorable ruffled halter dress.

Laura Harring wore an overly revealing and rather unflattering black dress, the Mexican-born star looked bloated and uncomfortable as she posed on the red carpet.

Look Of The Week : Angelina, Katy, Wilde, Beau, Eva, Carey, Ricci, Saoirse, Emma, Anne, Zaldana, Wright

She hasn’t been spotted on a red carpet since “Salt’s” debut last summer, but Angelina Jolie made a triumphant return to the arrivals line Monday night at the world premiere of “The Tourist.” The box office beauty oozed glamour in her Atelier Versace gown — which featured a sexy, thigh-high slit — Ferragamo heels, simple earrings, and a dramatic ‘do.

Katy Perry appeared at another star-studded premiere that same night. The pop songstress strutted her stuff in an ethereal Elie Saab gown during the Los Angeles debut of “The Tempest,” which features her new hubby, Russell Brand.

Across the pond at the London premiere of “Tron: Legacy,” Olivia Wilde turned heads in a multi-colored Giorgio Armani dress, black Stella McCartney pumps, and jewels courtesy of Tiffany.

Olivia Wilde was also glowing at the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie Tron: Legacy. The actress channeled her inner disco diva by donning a gold sequined Pucci gown, which featured a keyhole neckline.

Right behind Olivia in the arrivals line … fellow “TRON: Legacy” looker Beau Garrett, who nearly upstaged her co-star in a burnt orange Giambattista Valli gown and nude platform peep-toes.

Meanwhile in Marrakech, Morocco (at the country’s international film festival), actress Eva Mendes attended the Tribute to the French Cinema in a golden Christian Dior gown. Freshly highlighted locks and an amber cocktail ring completed her flawless look.

Eva dialed down her sexy look for a very pretty look at the official photocall for the 2010 Marrakech Film Festival. She wore an Oscar de la Renta Spring 2011 dress. The white silk voile and lace embroidered dress was accented with a black ribbon. Nude pumps completed her 3rd look of this film festival.

Carey Mulligan has gone from strength to strength in the style department and her latest gown-outing at the BIFAs in London proved her winning credentials! Working a stunning red Prabal Gurung gown with ruffled corsage bodice, Ms Mulligan picked up the Best Actress Award for her role in Never Let Me Go. Carey, we salute you!

Carey Mulligan was spectacular in a floor-length Erdem gown and a bouffant beehive at the King’s Speech gala in Dubai. We love the fact that she’s eschewed all jewellery save a cocktail ring and kept make-up to a minimum to let the dress really do the talking.

Around the corner at the 2010 New York Stage and Film Winter Gala, Christina Ricci dropped jaws in an ombre-and-lace Zac Posen halter dress. The perfect hairdo, smoky eyes, and Yves St. Laurent patent leather pumps completed her flawless look.

Gorgeous Irish actress Saoirse Ronan paired an ethereal nude dress with chunky black heels at the Paris premiere of her new film, The Way Back. The stunning 16-year-old paired the edgy look with a very interesting hairstyle.

Emma Roberts — who you’ll soon see on the big screen in “Scream 4” — attended the 2010 British Independent Film Awards in a surprisingly affordable maxi dress, which retails for $160 at Topshop. What a steal!

Anne Hathaway sparkled in an embellished mini and patent leather sky-high heels at a “Love & Other Drugs” press conference in Sydney, Australia.

Is midnight blue the new black? Avatar star Zoe Saldana attended the Children’s Defense Fund gala in LA working a divine deep blue layered minidress with sheer shoulder detailing. She gave her look plenty of leg with some stacked patent platform pumps. Perfect!

Harry Potter starlet Bonnie Wright was fashion-forward at a cocktail party celebrating the launch of the new Miu Miu flagship store on London’s Bond Street in a black dress with leafy detailing from the fashion house’s spring/summer collection and a pair of teal platform pumps. Quirky, cool and oh-so-pretty.

A red carpet’s never complete with out Kim Kardashian. The reality star showed off her killer curves at Z100’s Jingle Ball in a cream cocktail dress and sparkling pumps. This signature look never gets old!

Selena Gomez rocked a see-through black top covered with red scarf, sparkle mini shorts, leggings, and studded footwear at the red carpet.

Selena slipped into an Asos Asymmetric Corset Maxi dress while performed her hits “Round and Round,” “A Year Without Rain,” and “Naturally” at the show.

Hayley wore a sleeveless Christmas sweater with her Dogpile red plaid pants and Dr. Marten boots while performed with her band, Paramore.

KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball 2010

Katy Perry’s look has gotten slightly more demure since she wed Russell Brand—slightly. Her purple Zuhair Murad dress was almost completely sheer, save a swath of color from the very tops of her thighs to just above her bustline.

Headliner Katy Perry gave a holiday-themed performance at the KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on Sunday. What do you think of her fun, snowman-inspired frock?

Selena Gomez, 18, sang her grownup song, “A Year Without Rain,” while wearing an embellished strapless top and pants with a risque high-cut slit. The starlet is one of the artists who will be heading to the East Coast to perform as part of Z100’s Jingle Ball at NYC’s Madison Square Garden on Friday. Justin Bieber will also join the concert there!

Disney starlet Selena Gomez—one of the evening’s performers—played up a simple ensemble with eye-catching accessories and some fierce booties.

Actress Victoria Justice paired her hot little bodycon dress with a pair of opaque tights. It is December, after all! But the highlight of her look had to have been her Ruthie Davis “Implant” pumps.

Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams slipped on her favorite cardigan over a super-short pleated skirt and comfy slip-ons. She changed into a pair of bright plaid pants to perform, avoiding any potential wardrobe malfunctions.

Modern Family star Sarah Hyland kept her look low-key, preferring to leave the flashy stuff to the pop stars. Her gray skinny jeans and loose-fitting sweater made a stylish concert-going ensemble.

VH1 Divas Salute The Troops

Katy Perry performed her latest song, “Firework,” in a sparkling gown inspired by cartoon character Jessica Rabbit — long gloves and all! — at the “VH1 Divas Salute the Troops” at the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego, California, on Friday. Nothing like some Old Hollywood glamour to inspire the troops.

Katy took a minute to salute the men and women in uniform — literally! — while backstage. Are you a fan of her sailor ensemble?

Katy looked fierce in these sexy mini dress with serious cut-out that showed more skin.

The “California Gurls” crooner slipped into some skintight camouflage topped off with a brown hat to show her love for the military.

The newlywed sported her version of a patriotic ensemble: a red-and-white striped top, oh-so-short blue shorts, and can’t miss ’em, over-the-knee white boots. Well, at least Katy’s got the red, white, and blue thing covered!

Keri Hilson wore a belted wrap top with a beaded collar with leggings and shimmery ankle boots. Keri also paired her blond bob with decadent gold dangle earrings. It was a great match to her chain necklace. She completed her look with two pyramid bracelets in gold and silver.

Same as Katy, Keri also rocked this sexy glittery sailor ensemble which showed us some serious legs !

Keri wore a studded gold tops with funky leather jacket while performed for the troops on stage.

Nicki Minaj wore a printed little Versace dress with bright blue tights and heavy jewelry. Nicki added a bold touch to her printed dress with a bronzed beaded necklace. The rapper also sported a blond Afro in a unique sculpted shape.

Marisa Miller also saluted the troops in this fun military jumpsuit.

Katy Perry & Russell Brand : Variety’s Power Of Couple

Katy Perry spices up the cover of Maxim’s January 2011 issue as the reigning queen of the Hot 100 list!

Here is what the 26-year-old singer had to share with the mag:

On being number one on the Hot List: “It’s a worldwide thing – the rest of the world makes it their standard. It’s on of the questions they ask me in all interviews now, even in place where Maxim doesn’t exist. I’ll go to Timbuktu, and they’ll be like, ‘You’re the No. 1 hottest,’ and I’m like, ‘Maxim said so, but thank you so much for saying so in Timbuktu.’”

On who she’d like to see take over her title: “Zoe Saldana. She is so chic and cool. And Camilla Belle I love. She is the modern-day Liz Taylor.”

On comparisons to Lady Gaga and Ke$ha: “I love what Gaga is doing, and I love what Ke$ha is doing. I’ve know Ke$ha forever. She’s actually in the “I Kissed a Girl” video.”

Katy Perry looked gorgeous in Elie Saab at the premiere of husband Russell Brand’s new movie The Tempest on Monday (December 6) at the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles.

2011 Grammy Nominations Concert

Katy Perry was looking gorgeous wearing a Georges Chakra Fall 2010 Couture dress. Her gold sequined off-the-shoulder dress was paired with nude Brian Atwood pumps. Katy loves Lebanese designers as much as I do, but I wish she’d shortened this dress so it was above the knee.

Selena Gomez wore a black ASOS asymmetrical corset maxi dress. The dress has a light floaty multi layered skirt which reveals her delicious Giuseppe Zanotti animal print heels. Love that she didn’t over accessorize the look as she only added a few subtle jewels.

Miranda Lambert looked red hot in her Rock & Republic Braiden red suede pumps. The fiery pumps feature black platforms and looked perfect with the sassy singer’s black and white mini dress. Miranda added a little glitz to her arm with a few sparkling bangle bracelets.

HayleyWilliams was always beating to her own drum. And that’s why we love her! Here she chooses a unique red carpet ensemble with olive high-waisted military pants. She wore a thick leather belt and green cardigan. She topped off the look with combat boots and a fiery red ‘do. Blunt cut bangs and a loose bun completed her look.
