Things are going well professionally and romantically for the former Friday Night Lights cheerleader who now stars on Parenthood.

The 30-year-old actress shares about her interesting childhood. “My mom lived a fast life,” Minka  tells the mag’s November 2010 issue. “It was all about what we could do to have fun with nothing. She — for most of my life, she was a dancer. An exotic dancer. She was a stripper.

Um, so she would come home at like three, four o’clock in the morning, and sometimes she would have a really great night, and so she would wake me up in the middle of the night and we’d go to Ralphs and go grocery shopping.

And that was so much fun. We’d have the whole grocery store to ourselves, and we would have a blast and buy a hundred dollars in groceries. And it was just the best day ever. The best day.”

Actress Anna Paquin arrived at the 2010 Entertainment Weekly and Women In Film Pre-Emmy party with her hubby actor Stephen Moyer. Love Anna’s bright red Preen Plaza asymmetrical dress. She’s radiant from her dress to her newlywed glow. The body-sculpting dress was worn with a loose updo and a few gold bracelets. Some sexy strappy sandals would’ve been my choice, but Anna paired her dress with black Brian Atwood Maniac pumps.

“Private Practice” star Kate Walsh opted for a stand out look  with her Stella McCartney white lace top. Kate paired her white lace top with a bright red Valentino pencil skirt and nude pointy Louboutin’s. I tend to cringe at the very thought of white bags, but on this occasion her Chanel bag doesn’t offend me.
