Ke$ha enjoyed a champagne shower on the cover of Billboard’s latest issue.

The 23-year-old pop star had reason to celebrate — she was named the magazine’s Hot 100 Artist of the Year, as well as Top New Artist!

“I pretty much feel like I’ve been reborn into this completely different existence. My entire life has become making music and playing shows, and I love it,” K$ tells Billboard about her whirlwind past year.

Ke$ha striked a pose at the 40 Principales Awards 2010 on Friday (December 10) at Palacio de los Deportes in Madrid, Spain.

The 23-year-old pop star, who was nominated for best non-Spanish international artist and best non-Spanish song (for “Tik Tok”), later hit the stage to perform.

Ke$ha donned a shattered glass and bullet chain top as she shoots her new “We R Who We R” video, directed by Hype Williams, in Los Angeles on Wednesday (November 3).

The “Blah Blah Blah” babe also donned an American Flag shirt and a pair of red sequined panties as she worked it for the camera.

And throughout the shoot, Ke$ha made several obscene gestures while holding a rosary, causing a little confusion as to what was going on.

Ke$ha : ‘Tour Ending Party’ At Sunda

Ready to take a break from the constant traveling, Ke$ha celebrated the closing out of her “Last Girl On Earth” tour opening duties in Chicago, Illinois on Wednesday night (August 25).

Sipping on a beverage while joined by friends and crew members, the “TiK ToK” singer partied the night away during an end-of-tour dinner at Sunda Asian Restaurant.

With plenty of free time on her hands in the near future, Ke$ha will be participating in the MTV Video Music Awards Benefit gig next month.

Being held at House Of Blues Sunset in West Hollywood, CA on September 11th, the 23-year-old will then take the stage as a presenter the following evening at the MTV VMAs ceremony.

Spending time in Sin City, Ke$ha was spotted strutting her stuff at Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday (July 17).

The “Backstabber” babe playfully posed for pictures as she made the public appearance before her scheduled Mandalay Bay Events Center gig as part of Rihanna’s “Last Girl on Earth” tour.

In related news, Ke$ha recently partook in an interview with OK! magazine, dishing on a variety of topics during a rapid fire line of questioning.

Asked to recall the last time she was starstruck, the 23-year-old replied, “When I met Alice Cooper at the Grammys. He’s a legend and he’s so epic – yet so down-to-earth.”

As for the last time she went back home to Nashville, Ke$ha tells, “It was after the flood happened. It was devastating to see.”
