ELLE’s 17th Annual Women In Hollywood Tribute

Gwyneth Paltrow made tangerine really work for her in this jaw-dropping Calvin Klein  long-sleeved minidress. The style queen knew exactly how to keep it simple with such a bold colour, and pared-down hair and make-up to let the colour do all the work. Perfect!

She may be one of the youngest stars in Hollywood, but Emma Roberts is also one of the most stylish! She perfected party glamour at the Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute in this sheer embroidered mini, matched with a dazzling clutch and metallic heels.

Diane Kruger went pared-down perfection in this delicious coral hued Calvin Klein dress with simple silhouette. A glimmer of sparkle came from her pretty, jewelled bracelet and gold clutch.

Wowing in a sizzling black Calvin Klein wiggle dress with asymmetric sequin detailing, Kate Hudson showed off her style prowess at the Women in Hollywood Tribute. She teamed the gorgeous gown with a messy up-do and kept make-up and accessories low-key, with killer red nails adding a subtle nod to classic Hollywood glam.

Hilary Swank flattered her svelte figure with a pretty, jacquard corset dress, she finished her look with matching colour pop strappy heels and jewels and 40s-style waves.

Twilight actress Anna Kendricks was picture-perfect in this icy blue prom-style minidress. With a peekaboo plunging neckline, Anna let the dress do all the talking, opting for no accessories, loose locks and a pair of metallic pump heels.

Going 50s glam for the Women in Hollywood Tribute, American Pie star Alyson Hannigan channelled a Mad Men vibe working a deep red and purple silky striped calf-length gown.

Gossip Girl star Michelle Trachtenberg opted for a simple and girly evening look at the Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute in a plum-coloured ruffle-waisted mini.

Red carpet regular Molly Sims accessorized her draped scarlet gown with a touch of sunburn. Ouch!

Channing Tatum’s better half, Jenna Dewan, flaunted a sleeveless Calvin Klein shift dress at the fancy shindig.

Making a rare red carpet appearance, Jodie Foster was elegant in a simple LBD. An honoree at the event, Foster commented that it seemed quaint to celebrate women “when they really are half of what’s going on in the film business.” She added, “But you think about it, it’s women directors that are the last hurdle, and we haven’t jumped over that. Now we have women studio executives, we have women producers. And, for some reason, that hasn’t really translated into much gains for women (directors).”

Erika Christensen added black bow topped platforms and matching clutch to her purplicious Tadashi Shoji strapless number.

Michelle Monaghan looked pretty yet classy in her white Calvin Klein dress.

Spike TV’s Scream 2010 Awards

“Scream” queen Neve Campbell  — who lives in London and hasn’t been spotted at a star-studded event in years — made a triumphant return to the spotlight in a sparkling mini and strappy heels at Scream 2010, Spike TV’s annual award show which honors the best in horror, sci-fi, and fantasy.

Neve’s heir apparent, Emma Roberts  — who portrays Sidney Prescott’s cousin, Jill, in “Scream 4” — showed off her gorgeous gams in a one-shoulder, lace-adorned mini and sky-high platform peep-toes.

She didn’t strut her stuff on the red carpet, but that didn’t stop Halle Berry from looking like a million bucks on stage in a gold paillette-covered stunner, hoop earrings, and 6-inch heels.

Like Halle, “Twilight” star Kristen Stewart  didn’t walk the arrivals line, which was unfortunate because she looked better than ever upon accepting the Best Fantasy Actress trophy in an asymmetrical mini and patent leather pumps.

Kelly Osbourne — who’s been looking fit and fabulous as of late — derailed her return to the best-dressed list in a mismatched ensemble, heavy makeup, and obvious hair extensions.

In addition to A-listers Halle Berry and Kristen Stewart, Megan Fox  didn’t bother with the red carpet. She did, however, appear at Scream 2010 (in an unflattering peach mess of a dress) to hand out the award for Best Villain.

Newly weds Anna Paquin & Stephen Moyer made for a cute red carpet couple. Anna dressed to impress in a chic yet sophisticated frock, fresh coif, and black platform pumps.

Lucky Blake Lively was the first celeb to sport this greige parachute dress from Lanvin’s spring/summer collection that debuted on the runway just two weeks ago. The Green Lantern star matched the tan leather harness on her dress with killer platform sandals and a smattering of studded jewellery.

Nobody rocks a little black dress like “Vampire Diaries” diva Nina Dobrev, who looked divine in her slinky shift and chain-adorned heels.

The Twilight saga was the talk of the night, swiping six awards and Nikki Reed  looked more than pleased to be there to share in the glory. She was red carpet-ready in a puffball one-shouder mini, finished with a simple up-do and metallic strappy heels.

The 23-year-old actress was asked about the stresses of writing the book compared to planning her wedding. “It’s very similar … They (publishers at Simon & Schuster Children’s) were very good to me during the writing process and very lenient with dates and stuff until the very end. Then it got hectic,” she told the AP.

Hilary said, “I was planning the wedding, and there’s deadlines with that, too, like getting the location and getting your dress at a certain time … I tend to do everything at the last minute … I couldn’t even choose which one is harder. I guess I’d say the book.”

Kristen Stewart : Welcome To The Screening !

Kristen Stewart (in Valentino and Brian Atwood heels) looks ravishing at The Cinema Society & Everlon Diamond Knot Collection’s screening of Welcome To The Rileys on Monday (October 18) in New York City.
