Dior Celebrates The Reopening Of Its 57th Street Boutique

“Gossip Girl” cutie Leighton Meester opted for a subtle look, sporting all-black Dior and loose, casual waves at the fancy cocktail soiree.

Natalie Portman, wearing a Dior frock, natch, struck a pose with the French fashion house’s designer, John Galliano, at the reopening of its flagship store on 57th Street in New York City. The “Black Swan” actress was also announced as the new face of the brand’s Miss Dior Cherie perfume that night.

Liv Tyler sported an asymmetric gray Fall 2010 Christian Dior ruffled chiffon mini over a black long-sleeved top and opaque tights, paired with a heavy feather and bead necklace. Do you think her look is hot … or not?

Czech supermodel Karolina Kurkova showed off her mile-long legs in a sheer, tiered frock and tailored blazer. Black buckled ankle boots and tights completed her stylish look.

In keeping with the dark trend of the night, Amy Adams donned a form-fitting navy bow-front Dior dress, and accessorized with a jeweled clutch and gray animal print heels.

Karlie Kloss who is the also the face of Dior, looked beautiful and fresh faced in her asymmetrical two-tone dress with gold heels and a black clutch.

Dree Hemmingway was my favourite at this event. She added a slouchy grey sweater to her gorgeous Christian Dior floral layered dress. I love the pink belt she wears over her sweater.

Amy Adams : Marie Claire ‘Innocent’

Amy Adams showe off her hot post-baby body on the cover of Marie Claire’s January issue.

Here’s what the 36-year-old actress had to share with the mag:

On her new movie The Fighter: “What’s funny is that some people who’ve seen it have said, ‘Amy, you’re finally playing yourself!’ It’s not that she’s like me. It’s just that she’s less naive.”

On husband Darren Le Gallo: “[He’s] not competitive with me, which is great. That just wouldn’t work. We’re a family, and he’s really embraced his role as a father [to our 7-month-old daughter Aviana].

On choosing roles: “I’ve never really been too concerned with how I’ve looked on-screen. And I’ve never really played a stylish, modern, glamorous girl. But with these last two movies [The Fighter and On the Road] I’ve done, I was raw. I hope that’s the journey I’m on. It just feels more honest.”

Variety’s 2nd Annual Power Of Women Luncheon

Dressed for success, Katie Holmes fused feminine floral with power-dressing for the Variety’s 2nd Annual Power Of Women lunch in Beverley Hills. Working a gorgeous Louis Vuitton flower print dress, Katie took the frou-frou edge off the look, toughening it up with a black Chanel bag, black sheer tights and killer Casadei heels.

Anne Hathawaywore a sizzling Erdem  blue black silk digi-print dress with tucking detail and cinched waist. She finished her look with a slick of coral lippy and a Veronica Lake-esque side-parting.

Ladies who lunch! Eva Mendes worked the on trend Charlie Girl waves to perfection as she hit the Power Of Women  lunch in Beverly Hills. Going for the laidback 70s vibe, Eva wore a navy, orange and white striped handkerchief dress cinched-in with an oversized white belt and her fave nude Brian Atwood pumps.

Jennifer Garner  exhibited her refined style (and flawless physique) in a sophisticated pencil skirt paired with a ruffled blouse. Finishing touches included round-toe pumps, hoop earrings and a heart-shaped locket.

New mummy Amy Adams looked radiant and fit as always. She’s shifted her baby weight really quickly. The actress wore a Roland Mouret pink structured one shoulder cocktail dress which is an absolutely divine colour on her as it enhances her rosy glow.

AnnaLynne McCord went classic and beautiful in this formal suit, red necklace completed her look.
